A body was found on the West bank of the Flats early Saturday morning. The man apparently drowned in the cold Cuyahoga river. When police pulled the body out of the water, they noticed he was wearing high heels, women's makeup, and had a cucumber stuck in a not so nice place. He was also wearing a Cleveland Browns jersey.To save the family any further embarrassment in this tragic time, the Cleveland Police removed the Cleveland Browns jersey from the body.
